0. Definitions

“Amazing Trading Ltd” – The company registered in Gibraltar providing the Software.

“User” – Any natural or legal person registering an account or purchasing a license.

“Website” – www.amazing.trading.

“Software” – The Amazing Arbitrage Trading System and related digital features.

“License” – The right to use the Software in accordance with these Terms.

“Wallet” – The digital cryptocurrency wallet MetaMask.

“Flash-loans” – Loans on blockchains where the full amount is repaid within the same transaction.

“Third-Party Providers” – External providers such as blockchains, DEXes and wallet providers.

1. General

These Terms govern the relationship between Amazing Trading Ltd and the User in connection with registration or purchase of a License on the Website.

1.1 Uniform terms regardless of sales channel

The Terms apply equally regardless of whether the License has been purchased via:

  • Trägo AB
  • Trägo Sverige AB
  • Amazing Trading Ltd
  • Any representative, agent or license holder

All Licenses are subject to the same rights and limitations.

2. Product description

The Software is an advanced system developed to analyse arbitrage opportunities using flash-loans.

Important Notice

The purchase relates to Software only. It is not:

  • an investment
  • a share or participation in the project
  • a fund
  • asset or portfolio management
  • a security or financial instrument
  • advice
  • a promise of returns

2.1 Software under development

The Software is complex, and no guarantees are given that:

  • it can be completed,
  • all features can be finalised,
  • external blockchains will continue to support flash-loans,
  • arbitrage will be possible in the future,
  • market or technical obstacles can be overcome.

The License does not constitute a promise of launch or ongoing operation.

2.2 The Software does not use the User's funds

The Software uses only flash-loans and cannot use the User's own funds.

3. License and usage rights

The User receives a non-exclusive License to use the Software once it is made available.

3.1 Duration of the License

“Lifetime License” means:

  • for as long as the service exists,
  • for as long as the company maintains the service,
  • and for as long as the User complies with these Terms.

It does not mean an obligation to operate the service indefinitely.

3.2 Transfer as a gift (including inheritance)

The License may not be resold but may be transferred as a non-commercial gift to:

  • children
  • grandchildren
  • family members
  • other close persons

Transfers must be registered and approved by Amazing Trading Ltd.

3.3 Technical requirements

The User is responsible for having a basic technical understanding of:

4. Delivery of the License

Delivery takes place digitally through activation on the Website. No specific launch date is guaranteed.

5. No investment advice, no guarantees

Amazing Trading Ltd:

  • does not provide investment advice
  • does not manage client funds
  • does not guarantee results
  • does not guarantee the possibility of arbitrage
  • is not responsible for market developments
  • is not responsible for future compatibility with blockchains or DEXes

6. Support

Support is limited to technical matters only, such as installation and connecting a wallet. Amazing Trading Ltd does not provide any advice on trading, strategy, risk or financial matters.

7. Payments & pricing

Payment may be made via bank transfer, card (where available).

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

8. Operation & responsibility

The company cannot guarantee:

availability
functionality
compatibility
arbitrage opportunities
continued flash-loan support
absence of errors or interruptions

The Software is provided on an "as is" basis.

9. Limitation of liability

Amazing Trading Ltd shall not be liable for:

financial losses
loss of profit
changes in the market
technical changes in blockchains
lost opportunities
damage caused by incorrect use
hacking of a wallet
loss of private keys or seed phrases
consequential or indirect damages

Maximum liability is limited to the paid License fee.

10. Wallet security

Amazing Trading Ltd:

  • never stores private keys
  • cannot restore seed phrases
  • is not responsible for MetaMask or other wallets
  • is not responsible for hacking, phishing or loss of access

Security Recommendation

The User is strongly recommended to use a hardware wallet (cold wallet).

11. Tax

All payouts to the User's wallet are considered income/gain in accordance with applicable local law.

The User is solely responsible for any reporting and payment of taxes. Amazing Trading Ltd does not provide tax advice.

12. Regulatory status

As the company does not receive client funds and does not provide investment services, no license from the Financial Supervisory Authority or equivalent authority is required.

13. Confidentiality, data protection & intellectual property

The User may not disclose or distribute:

the identity of other Users
own or others' profits or results
results in social media, chats, groups or public forums
screenshots, charts or wallet history
the profit-sharing model (if any)
technical details, logic, code, algorithms or structures
design, layout, UI/UX or system architecture

Breaches of confidentiality may result in:

  • immediate termination of the License without refund,
  • liability for damages, including actual and indirect loss.

All code, design, structure and system logic is protected by intellectual property law.

14. Right to discontinue the Software

Amazing Trading Ltd reserves the right to discontinue the Software at any time and without any obligation to compensate the User if:

  • technical obstacles arise,
  • market conditions change,
  • regulatory changes make operation impossible,
  • the project cannot be completed,
  • or other obstacles beyond the company's control arise.

This does not entitle the User to any refund.

15. Acceptance of risk

By registering and/or purchasing a License, the User confirms that he/she:

  • has understood all risks,
  • accepts that the Software may be changed or discontinued,
  • accepts that no results are guaranteed,
  • uses the Software entirely at his/her own risk.

16. Changes to the Terms

The Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Software and/or the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Gibraltar. Any disputes shall be finally settled by the competent courts of Gibraltar.
